PUCP - Among peers: How does the state end up being a criminal organization? Dr. Edgardo Buscaglia, academic and researcher at Columbia University, analyzes how criminal networks manage to infiltrate politics and what risks this generates for democracy. He has been president of PROETICA and Transparency International, as well as an official of the Office of Institutional Integrity of the World Bank.
