The Association of Human Rights Institutes (AHRI) is a network of more than 80 institutions from over 30 countries dedicated to human rights research and education. Its goal is to bring together specialists from diverse disciplines to foster the exchange of ideas, collaboration and the advancement of research and education in this field. AHRI also supports doctoral researchers and promotes exchange among its members.
The AHRI conference is the place where member institutions meet to coordinate and plan their research through working group seminars, as well as to discuss current issues in defined research areas. The conference is held annually and is hosted by a different institution each year. During the conference, the Annual Meeting of the Assembly is also held.
